At Center for Behavioral Change, Inc., ethics and compliance are part of the foundation for how we care for our people. Ethics & Compliance
Our Ethical Promise
At Center for Behavioral Change, we’re committed to creating a safe, respectful, and ethical environment for the individuals we serve, our staff, and our extended network. Ethics and compliance are part of how we do business, not just a requirement, but a reflection of our values and how we build trust in our community.
Why Ethics and Compliance Matter
We believe everyone deserves to work and receive care in a space that’s guided by integrity. We take seriously any concerns about misconduct, safety, or abuse. Our compliance practices are built to meet and exceed state, federal, and regional requirements. That includes oversight of internal operations and any contracted service providers.
What is Compliance?
Compliance means following all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures that apply to the services we provide. Our internal Quality Assurance Program is based on guidance from California’s Department of Developmental Services (DDS), and other relevant agencies. This helps guarantee we stay aligned with industry standards and deliver quality care every day.
