Registered Behavioral Technician
Center for Behavioral Change is looking for Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT)for high level residential group homes. Staff aid and supervise residents in activities of daily living and implement Behavior Support and Health Care Plans. They are responsible for adhering to and documenting a resident’s program as directed by the Facility Administrator, House Manager, or licensed staff in charge. They are responsible for always providing active programming.

Pay:Â $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Education and Experience:
-
High School diploma or GED.

Minimum 1-year prior experience providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities with a preferred focus on behavioral services.
Skills and Requirements:

Valid RBT certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire or be either a Licensed Psychiatric Technician or a Qualified Behavior Modification Professional.

Successful completion of all training as required by applicable regulations.

Must possess a current, valid driver's license in state of residence, have a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience within the United States, and have an acceptable driving record.Â
